AKH has created a program with step by step progressions that will allow players to gain more control and confidence in their skating.  The most effective way to improve skating is to build from THE SKATES UP.  

SKATERS WILL IMPROVE ON:

  • Posterior, anterior,  lateral balance, and edge control
  • First 3 steps in multi-directions 
  • Stride development
  • Glide Turns & Pivots
  • and more!

Age Group: U7-U9
Semi-Private: Small Group Size
Arena: Capital News Centre (Leisure Rink / Skating Only)
** Available to both hockey and ringette players **
** U7 players have to have at least one season played for a minor hockey team **
