Logan Stankoven

Born and raised in Kamloops BC, I currently play with the Kamloops Blazers of the WHL. I grew up watching the Blazers as a kid and it’s been nothing but a dream come true for me to play junior hockey in my hometown. I’ve also played in 2 international tournaments representing Canada nationally at the U17 and U18 levels, most recently winning a gold at the IIHF World U18 championships in Dallas, Texas.

I’ve been very fortunate to have worked with so many coaches and trainers over the years but AK hockey especially has provided me with first class training. I continue to work with them to this day because of it. The combination of skills and skating techniques that AK hockey has taught me over the years has pushed me to the next level time and time again. Now, having the chance to work for AKHockey and to teach these important intangibles to other aspiring hockey players, is something I’m really looking forward to. I want to be a role model for the youth in the game of hockey and with being an instructor for AKHockey that gives me the opportunity to spread my hockey knowledge.
