“I learned so much in one week with AK hockey. I had the skatemill in morning for an hour and then on the ice at noon. The two sessions were really helpful. What I learned at the skatemill I could put into practice on the ice later that day. The coaches were all really helpful and had videos and pictures to help tell me what I should work on. I want to go back next year for sure.”
