Wednesday Hockey Skating Sessions
Location: Leisure Rink at the Capital News Centre
Time / Age Groups: 3:15-4:00pm (Ages 5-8 – 1 Spot Left), 4:30-5:15pm (Ages 9-11 – 2 Spots Left), 5:45-6:30pm (Ages 12-14 – 2 Spots Left)
Session Summary:
- High Performance Skating Drills
- Developing players first few steps and lateral movement
- Sessions are on Leisure Rink which means there will be no pucks and dedicated to hockey skating
