Aaron Head Shot 3

Head Coach & Director of Player Development

Aaron Konecsni has developed skating and skills for teams and associations such as the Kelowna Rockets, Hockey Canada Skills Academy, Vancouver Canucks, Mlada Boleslav (Czech Div 1 Pro Leaugue), Penticton Vees, West Kelowna Warriors and the Salmon Arm Silverbacks.

Aaron has a relentless desire to develop all levels of hockey players’ skating like no other. He’s had the rare ability to coach all ages and levels and has designed a progressive curriculum for each level. Players get smarter, faster and results are seen immediately during each session. Players learn to master all skating, puck and checking skills from the skates up. The endless hours of research and determination to become the most effective and influential skating coach in hockey has made him one of the most sought after skating coaches in today’s game. Positive results are his primary objective along with building players’ confidence and teaching them how to apply their new skating skills in game situations. Today’s game is all about speed and puck possession and Aaron guarantees that he and his team will give you an edge on your competition.
